A manager with extensive experience in FMCG, e-commerce, media and retail industries. For 15 years, she has been combining business competencies with the implementation and use of modern information technologies in B2C, especially in the area of omnichannel sales, marketing and customer relationship management.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the French Institute of Management, she successfully managed a large e-commerce company. Currently, she is responsible for the digital development of the RTV EURO AGD retail chain – and one of the largest e-commerce stores in Poland.

As the Digital Experience Director for UPC Polska, Jacek oversees the digital transformation focused on customer experience enhancement through digitization & automation.

With more 10 years’ experience, Jacek has helped grow businesses through digital channels and through both the use of technology and ensuring the right oranizational capabilities are present. By merging technology and business together, Jacek has been a key driver for digital change in many companies. His previous roles include E-commerce Director for the Polish operations of Tchibo and Online Sales Director for Orange Poland.

Jacek sees digital transformation through the context of three elements: customer experience, data management and software development. He is also passionate about how technology impacts us at global and societal level and as individual human beings. My interests cover neuroscience, behavioural sciences, cross-cultural and social psychology, artificial intelligence and mindfulness.

Izabela helps clients in digital transformation processes, especially in areas that connect directly with the consumer, namely sales, marketing and customer service. She always takes into account the business, technology and experience building aspects of customers and employees, believing that data and technology must be supported by sociological and psychological knowledge to deliver true value.

She has implemented projects for companies in the FMCG, financial, fuel, transportation and media industries, gaining experience in the likes of Agora, Benefit Systems, Atos and PwC Poland.

The author of numerous publications in the area of customer experience building and data-driven marketing, such as the E-business Bible, Izabela is also a lecturer of postgraduate studies at the University of Lodz on the subject of e-commerce.

Marcin is responsible for business development in the CEE region for the Breuninger chain of department stores, which sells luxury brands online in both the DACH and Polish markets.

With over 20 years of experience, Marcin has worked with corporations and startups alike, designing and implementing digitalization strategies to enable growth for companies in industries such as retail, telecommunications, fashion, banking, media and FMCG.

He has been a Board Member for many companies, as well as Digital Director for Avon Cosmetics Poland and mobile network Play. Similarly, he helped successfully develop the AZA Group of Polish e-commerce stores.

Marcin is a MBA graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.

Associated with business development in the SaaS model since the age of 16, when he founded his first start-up, Co-founder of - a platform for managing tennis and squash facilities, the leader in its category, operating in a SaaS model. Konrad is also a finalist of the international competition Google Online Marketing Challenge, where he took 1st place in Poland (TOP 30 teams in the world).

After hours, a fan of Lego blocks - as he says, they shaped his approach to business building.

Przemek is the Director of Transformation Office at Allegro. He is responsible for making sure Allegro is working on the right things, the right way - through a combination of Transformation Managers, Enterprise PMO, Agile Center of Excellence, the Integration Management Office and the Executive Team Office. Prior to joining Allegro, Przemek served as Head of Operations and Head of Project Management at Netguru, one of the fastest growing digital consulting firms in the EU.

He further gained international experience as a Program Manager for Emerging Businesses, working in Dubai at Thomson Reuters MENA. He is also a co-founder and lecturer at the Transition Management Academy at Kozminski University and an active volunteer. Privately, he is an avid board games player, sailor and dumplings connoisseur.

He was responsible for the product and development of the online shop, mobile apps, logistics systems and BI and data science departments as well as the copywriting and graphics department.
