Where can I buy tickets? / How can I register?
Tickets can be purchased via the event website www.commercedays.com/en/ by clicking on the Buy Tickets tab and via the Meeting Application platform. Purchase of tickets requires prior registration of an account on the aforementioned website by filling in the application form.
Will I be able to buy tickets at the event?
It will not be possible to purchase tickets during the conference. Ticket sales are only available on the event website or via the Meeting Application platform and ends on 21 September 2022. After this date, the purchasing of tickets will be unavailable.
What types of tickets are there?
The following types of tickets are available for sale: VIP Ticket and CLASSIC Ticket. Both entitle you to attend the conference in a fixed mode. The current prices for each ticket, as well as the entitlements associated with the purchase of a specific ticket, can be seen on the website.
What is included in the classic ticket?
By purchasing a classic ticket the participant receives:
- Welcome pack / conference materials
- Post-conference materials package
- Participation in the conference section
- Participation in workshops*
- Participation in the evening banquet after the first day of the conference
- Catering
- Access to the networking space during the conference
* Workshops require registration as the number of participants is limited

What is included in the vip ticket?
By purchasing a VIP ticket the participant receives:
- VIP registration
- Welcome pack / conference materials
- Post-conference materials package
- Participation in the conference part
- Participation in workshops*
- Participation in the VIP evening before the event
- Participation in the evening Banquet after the first day of the conference
- 2-day accommodation in one of the best hotels in Wrocław
- Catering
- Meeting with the speakers (2 x 60 min)
- Access to the networking space during the conference

Can I participate in the event if I am a supplier?
As the Commerce Transformation Days conference is a non-sales event, participation by individuals who are employees or associates of companies involved in the delivery of digital transformation, IT and consulting services must be approved in advance by the organizer. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
Who will I meet at the event? What type of participants are attending?
The conference is primarily aimed at executives (C-level) and top decision-makers in the e-commerce sector. Commerce Transformation Days is an ideal space both to deepen your knowledge of digital transformation of commerce and to network with other conference participants.
Where can I download the app?
The Commerce Transformation Days application – required to enter the event and register for workshops – can be found on both Google Play and the App Store.

What are the recommended hotels nearby?
The recommended hotels can be seen on the event page under under the “Location” tab. The listed venues are in close proximity to the Concordia Design Conference Center allowing for convenient access to the event venue.
Will there be parking spaces available?
Due to the location of the Concordia Design building where the conference will be held, access to parking spaces may be difficult. Participants will have access primarily to nearby paid municipal and commercial car parks. A map with the location of car parks near the Concordia Design building can be found on our website. Taxis also remain a convenient means of transport for those wishing to get to the conference.
Will participants get discounts for accommodation?
There are special discount codes for accommodation in nearby hotels for conference participants who purchases a ticket. They will be provided in a separate email after purchase. If a participant has not received a discount code, please contact [email protected].
What will be the form of the banquet after the first day of the conference?
The banquet will take place on 22 September 2022 In the evening of the first day of the conference. The event will take place on the roof of Concordia Design with a beautiful panoramic view of the river and the Old Town. The private atmosphere of the banquet on the roof in one of the most beautiful places in Wrocław will foster integration and relationship building. The recommended dress code is business casual. The event will include catering, music and additional attractions.
Will there be space for business meetings?
One of the main objectives of Commerce Transforamtion Days is networking, so the organizers have provided 2 zones for networking and business meetings. A lunch zone, located between the main viewing and workshop rooms, and a separate “Chill” space enabling more intimate 1:1 meetings at designated tables. With the appropriate arrangement of both spaces, it will be possible to hold formal and non-formal business meetings during the conference.
What attractions are recommended in Wroclaw?
Wrocław, known as the city of 100 bridges, offers many attractions and places worth visiting: a cruise on the Oder River, Ostrów Tumski (which is located close to the conference venue), a search for the iconic Wrocław dwarves, the Bridge of Penitents in the Cathedral of St. Mary Magdalene (one of the most interesting vantage points in the city and, incidentally, right on the Market Square), a performance at the Capitol Musical Theatre, Hydropolis – an ultra-modern science center dedicated to water, or the Imaginarium – a modern virtual reality center. How will the event’s mobile app work? What information can be found there?
In order to take full advantage of the possibilities offered by the app, you must register for the platform via the link.
Basic functions include:
- Networking. Participants can message each other and make appointments.
- Event agenda with information on when and in which room speeches will take place.
- For Classic and VIP tickets, the app includes a digital ticket which will be required at the entrance to the venue.
- Registration for workshops.*
- Streaming of speeches (excluding workshops).
- Post-event release of materials and recordings from CTD.
How can participants sign up for workshops?
Registration for workshops will take place via the meeting application platform.
Once the user has registered for his or her account, there will be information next to the specific workshop about the possibility to “buy a ticket”, which automatically reserves a place for the user. Once a booking has been acquired, tickets for workshops will be visible in the “My schedule” tab on the user’s application.
Do I have to buy a ticket to the whole conference to take part in workshops?
Yes. The number of places for each workshop is limited. Applications are decided on a first come, first served basis.
Where does CTD take place?
Commerce Transformation Days takes place in the modern Concordia Design business centre at 7 Wyspa Słodowa in Wrocław. The architectural design of the building was developed by the Dutch studio MVRDV, one of the best in Europe, and in 2021 the building was awarded the “Building Of The Year Award” by the international architecture portal ArchDaily. Concordia Design is the only building in Wrocław to have an open viewing terrace. If you add eight workshop spaces and a spectacular view of Słodowa Island, you get a one-of-a-kind business and event centre.
Where can I find the conference agenda?
The event agenda can be found under the “Agenda” tab. The agenda is also available on the meeting application.
Does CTD have a specific dress code?
No. The event does not have a formal or required dress code. The best choice for both ladies and gentlemen will be business casual style. Evening dress is not required for the “CTD Banquet” evening event.
Is CTD an annual event?
Commerce Transformation Days is a recurring event, previously known as the ‘Kongres Dyrektorów’. The last event took place in 2019 and was put on hold for 2 years due to pandemics. In 2019, we have changed the name to Commerce Transformation Days (CTD). The aspect of relationships built directly during the conference is one of the differentiators of the event, so due to the pandemic situation in 2020 and 2021, we have decided not to move CTD to the online world. In 2022, we are returning with redoubled force after a 2-year break.
Am I allowed to take pictures or videos at the event?
Every participant is allowed to take photos and videos except for the recording of speeches (panels and workshops). When posting photos to social media channels, please label the event (Commerce Transformation Days / CTD) and the venue (Concordia Design, Wrocław). Additionally, we encourage the use of #CTD and #CTD2022. A good practice for enlarging and networking is to tag people in photos. This is also encouraged! Videos and photos must not be of an offensive nature and must not be used for commercial purposes.
Do I need to be an employee of a company to participate in CTD?
CTD is aimed at top managers and enables both the exchange of knowledge sharing and valuable discussions as well as networking. You must be employed or self-employed to participate in CTD.
Can I use the photos taken at the event by the photographers?
Photographs will be taken at the event by the organizer, which will be used for communication and will be published on social media channels and the event website. The photos can be used on your own social media channels with the tagline “Photo made by Unity Group” with the organizer’s permission. To obtain permission, please contact [email protected] directly.
I can't attend the conference. Can I get a refund?
The refund policy is set out in the Conference Rules.
Can I buy a ticket for just one day of the conference?
No. The conference programme this year develops 6 important thematic tracks: commerce transformation, digital sales, scalable operations, data & AI, cloud & cybersecurity and society & organization, which will provide participants with a comprehensive cross-section through the most important areas and trends. This year, the organizer does not foresee the possibility of buying admission either to individual panels, lectures or individual days.
Do I need to print my ticket?
In line with the paperless concept – participants do not need to print their tickets. All they need to do is show the digital ticket they received during registration in the app.
How do I buy a group ticket and get a discount on such a ticket?
The organizer does not provide discounts on group tickets for this year’s edition.
How can I pay for my ticket?
Payment for the ticket can be made via PayU or by bank transfer to the Organizer’s bank account on the basis of a pro-forma invoice with a 3-day payment deadline.
How can I get a pro forma invoice?
In order to receive a pro forma invoice it is necessary to contact the Organizer by writing to the e-mail address [email protected]. In the message, you should state your company details and the type of ticket you purchased.
How can I get an invoice?
Regardless of the form of payment chosen, the Organizer will send the Purchaser a VAT invoice to the e-mail address indicated in the Application Form within 10 days of receiving the payment.
